Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lora — Outfit Stylist mobile application (the "App") operated by IT Edits ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. License to use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the App.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to develop a competing product.
• Bypass any technical limitations or rate limits.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, outfits, and content you upload to the App ("Your Content"). By using AI features, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the requested feature (e.g. generating a try-on image). We do not use Your Content for any other purpose.

3.1 Responsibility

You are responsible for Your Content. By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use the photos (e.g. they are of you or your own clothing).
• The content does not violate any law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
• The content is not illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.

3.2 Prohibited content

You may not upload:

• Photos of other people without their consent.
• Images of minors (anyone under 18) in any context involving try-on or modification.
• Sexually explicit or nude content.
• Content that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activity.
• Copyrighted material you don't own (e.g. celebrity photos, branded campaign images).

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. AI-generated content

Images generated by the AI features ("AI Output") are derived from Your Content. You may use AI Output for personal purposes (sharing with friends, planning your wardrobe). You may not:

• Use AI Output for commercial advertising without permission.
• Represent AI Output as a real photograph of yourself or anyone else in contexts where authenticity matters (e.g. dating profiles, identity verification, news media).
• Use AI Output to create misleading or defamatory content.

AI Output is provided "as is" and may contain artifacts or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the realism, quality, or suitability of any generated image.

5. Subscriptions and payments

5.1 Premium subscription

The App offers an optional Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play or Apple App Store account at the price displayed at checkout.

5.2 Auto-renewal

Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage and cancel your subscription from your Google Play or App Store account settings.

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store according to their respective policies. We are unable to process refunds directly.

5.4 Price changes

We may change subscription prices. If we do, we'll notify you in advance and the new price will apply only after your current billing period ends.

6. Free tier and ads

The free tier includes ads. Some features (such as additional daily AI generations) may be unlocked by watching a rewarded video ad. Premium subscribers see no ads.

7. Rate limits and fair use

To protect the service for all users, we apply reasonable rate limits to AI features. We may temporarily restrict your access if our systems detect abuse, automated use, or behavior that degrades the experience for others.

8. Service availability

We do our best to keep the App and its AI features available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may pause features for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control. We are not liable for downtime or loss of data resulting from such interruptions.

9. Intellectual property

The App, its design, source code, trademarks, and content (other than Your Content) are owned by IT Edits and protected by applicable laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

10. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (Google Play, AdMob, RevenueCat, AI providers, etc.). Use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Edits and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold IT Edits harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or use it in ways that harm us or other users.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
