Common questions

I'm not getting good try-on results. What can I do?
For best results: use a clear, well-lit full-body photo of yourself with a neutral background. The clothing photo should show the item flat or on a hanger, with the whole item visible. Avoid heavy patterns on the background.
My subscription isn't unlocking Premium features.
Open the App, go to Settings → Premium → "Restore purchases". If that doesn't work, sign out of Google Play, sign back in, and try again. Still stuck? Email us with your order ID from Google Play.
How do I cancel Premium?
Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lora → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete all my data?
Most data is stored on your device. Uninstall the App to remove it. For anonymous analytics, email us your anonymous device ID (visible in Settings → About) and we'll delete it from our servers.
The try-on is taking forever or showing an error.
AI generation usually takes 3–10 seconds. If it consistently fails, check your internet connection. If the problem persists, try restarting the App. If that doesn't fix it, contact support with a screenshot.
Can I use Lora without uploading my face?
Yes — try-on requires a photo of yourself, but you can still use the wardrobe, planner, saved outfits, AI stylist suggestions, and style insights without uploading any personal photo.
Is my data sold to advertisers?
No, never. We use non-personalized ads in the free tier. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
